3. Payments and Billing
All fees are quoted in SZL (Eswatini Lilangeni). Payments are due in advance of the service period. Accounts that are past due may be suspended or terminated. Refunds are handled according to our 30-day money-back guarantee policy.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of our services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. This includes copyright laws, trademark laws, and laws regarding spam or unsolicited messages.
5. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from this guarantee.
6. Limitation of Liability
Swazi Host shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time through your client area. Upon cancellation, your services will be terminated at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
